Anderson Willinger influences the Executive Search market place by setting up Ethics which are guaranteeing and maximizing your protection. Being an Executive in contact with any Executive Search Firm means to be aware of 7 rules which we advised to be followed.
Rule N°1 – Integrity
Open and trusting relationship is a key to any success.In case You do not feel you can trust Your Consultant or the Client we recommend You to withdraw from the process.
Keep in mind that the best Executive Search Company wants more than just filling the position for the organization, but to help You making the best decision for You, Your career and Your family.
Executive Search Company remains in touch with You for years, even decades, over the course of Your career.
Rule N°2 – Confidentiality
When You become a Candidate for a new Management position, you assume some risk that Your current employer may learn about it.
For that reason you are entitled to the highest confidentiality from both the Executive Search Firm and the Corporate Client such as:
- Obtaining authorization before submitting Your name and report to the Client organization
- No direct contact references provided without Your permission
- No discussion about Your candidacy outside of the Search Firm
- Caution to the process of security of Your data protection
- Your Candidature
Rule N°3 – Communication
Regular updates and feedbacks with You in a timely manner at every step of the process. Providing You with proactive updates. Responding to Your inquiries
Giving You an honest feedback where You fit the opportunity the best.
Rule N°4 – Process and Consistency
Executive Search Firm team needs to demonstrate a high level of professionalism in the hiring process and deep understanding of the Client, Position, Expectations, Business Strategies and Employment laws. On to of it, always expect:
- Conducting professionally run interview
- Meeting you on time and well prepared
- Demonstrating in depth knowledge of the market and the Client
- Answering your questions honestly
- Demonstrating respect to Your time, Your position and Your responsibilities towards Your current employer
Rule N°5 – Information Disclose
To take the right decision, You must be given all the information you need. You are entitled to obtain full information about Search Firm process, Position and Client organization such as:
- The nature and requirements of the position
- Accurate information about the Client organizationBe aware however, during your first conversation, the Consultant need not disclose sensitive information about the Client or/and Management Position. Detailed information is provided fully after you become a legitimate Candidate.
The Executive Search Firm works only on exclusive contract with the Client organization to provide You and the assignment with full and committed attention, if not, the company is obliged to inform You before You are taking part of the process.
Rule N°6 – Integration
Follow up Your integration carefully within 6 to 12 months to make sure the transition to the new position is successful.Feel free always to call the Executive Search Company with concerns that arise in order to help You to sort our problems with diplomatic intervention between Yourself and the Client.
Rule N°7 – Respect
- Consultant will not accept fees from You to provide career advice or help finding a job
- Executive Search Company will not present You to more than one client simultaneously unless there are exceptional circumstances and all parties involved have agreed to this course of actions.Anderson Willinger stipulates that following rules are strictly followed by each team member of the organization and takes a part of the full KPI performance appraisal.
