In February, we will welcome Anna Podgornaya, who implemented Design Thinking method internationally as HR Director for AXA or Microsoft and Alexandra Karacsonyi, an expert in Design Thinking and Innovation for multinational companies in England and Switzerland. The theme of our meeting will be Design Thinking as a tool for transforming corporate culture.
We will cover topics such as:
- Design Thinking as a tool to understand the needs of clients (external – customers or internal – employees) before seeking the best solutions for them
- How to use this tool to create, improve or transform company culture
About the speakers:
During 20 years Anna has been building modern value-adding HR organizations. She worked as Head of HR for Credit Agricole Ukraine, Microsoft Ukraine and AXA Ukraine and Central & Eastern Europe, currently – as AXA CZ/SK HR Director. Anna is an MBTI practitioner and an ICF certified coach. As part of her consulting activities she has been helping her clients to design positive employee experience using service design methodology and experiential learning. Anna’s personal mission is to enable progressive change in individuals, teams and organizations using empathetic, creative, innovative practices.
Alexandra worked for PepsiCo’s CEO as an internal strategic consultant at US headquarters. She then moved to strategic and operational marketing for L´Oréal in Paris before joining the PayPal launch team in France. In 2015, she founded Elixir Consulting, a consultancy focused on innovation and Design Thinking in Switzerland working for various clients in Europe. She is an MBA graduate from Standford.
