January 2019 was a very busy month for management changes
In January 2019, there were 84 senior management changes, 28 on CEO positions and 9 on Board level. The number is slightly smaller compared to last year (total amount of management changes in January 2018 was 91).
Trendy manažerských náborů roku 2018
V letošním roce jsme zaznamenali nárůst celkového počtu změn na pozicích top managementu. Vyměnilo se u nás 551 vrcholových manažerů. Z toho 321 přišlo na nové pozice zvenčí a 230 se dostalo na tato místa díky povýšení v rámci své firmy. Ukazuje to nový výzkum společnosti Anderson Willinger.
Na pozicích CEO došlo letos k 104 změnám,

Hiring trends 2018
In 2018 we could observe the overall increase in the number of senior management changes.
There were 551 changes in total compared to 291 changes in 2017.

Who’s new? October and November 2018
In October and November 2018, there were 84 senior management changes, 15 on CEO positions.
Compared to last year, there were 16 % more candidates placed with the previous professional history in a different industry.
Executive education. Why does it matter?
In the upcoming years managers will have to obtain 61% of new skills that they do not possess now.
Innovation will require new knowledge and it is predicted that 80% of job descriptions are being and will be redefined.
Education for Executives will become crucial in their future personal path.
Number of Internal Promotions increases
In the summer and September 2018, there were 133 senior management position changes.
26 changes on CEO positions.
Compared to last year, the number of changes remains the same, however there are 15 % more of internal promotions than last year.
The highest number of transfers happened in sales, development and marketing roles.
How is the hiring market now, hot?
In the first half of 2018, there were a total of 304 senior management changes.
165 transfers and 139 promotions.
55 changes on CEO positions.
97 changes in Top Management members positions – board.
