The frequency of labour market movements has intensified. It has reached almost half the level of the previous six months. This situation was mainly caused by the internal promotion to the position of director of consulting audit firms, which accounted for a total of 30% of changes.

IT fields due to a high degree of innovation, media due to consolidation and increased competition in the market and production remained the main players in the movements in top management positions with a share of 41%.

Even in October, the ratio of top management positions from own resources to external candidates in banking remains roughly the same at 50%. These are mainly large market players (ČSOB, UniCredit, Česká spořitelna) who are intensively involved in educating their own managerial talents.
